Leadership Skills Development
•This
practice-based course develops the core leadership skills needed in social and
community settings such as youth work, schools, NGOs, and multi-agency
collaboration.
•You
will learn how to lead without formal authority, make ethical decisions under
pressure, communicate clearly in tense situations, coordinate stakeholders, and
create psychologically safe teams where people speak up and learn.
•The
course is built around short video resources, realistic case simulations, and
feedback-based skill drills. Each day you will apply leadership tools to
real-life scenarios (e.g., safeguarding concerns, school–family conflict, donor
pressure, crisis coordination), reflect on your leadership habits, and receive
peer coaching to improve observable behaviors.
